2. Reasons for application:

The China Knitting Industry Association was established in 1990. Due to the reform of state institutions, the competent unit of the association has changed. For this reason, the articles of association of the association should also be revised accordingly. In addition, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, other provisions in the charter have also been revised accordingly.

3. Main changes:

1. About Chapter 1 "General Provisions"

(1) The original third article "The association is registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China, and the business supervisory unit is the State Economic and Trade Commission. The association accepts the business guidance and supervision and management of the business supervisory unit and the registration management department of the association" is now adjusted to the fourth Article, the content is revised to "The association accepts the business guidance and supervision and management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and accepts the escrow of China National Textile and Apparel Council".

(2) The order of other clauses in the original Chapter 1 is adjusted, and the content remains unchanged.

2. About Chapter IV "Organization"

(1) The description of the holding period of the member representative assembly in the original Article 12 has been adjusted to the current Article 15, and the "four years" in the original "four years of each member representative assembly" is changed to "five years" ”, the term of office of the leaders of the association in Article 25 has been revised to “five years”; the content of “Convening a member representative meeting and the Secretariat shall notify the members 15 days ago” in the original Article 12 is deleted.

(2) In the original Article 15, “the council shall have one chairman, several vice-chairmen, and one secretary-general. The term of the director is four years, and can be re-elected” and “the council shall be in charge of the chairman.” Convened, held every two years”.

(3) In the expression of the functions and powers of the council in the original Article 16, delete the "election and dismissal of executive directors" in the original second paragraph; add the existing third paragraph "preparing to hold a member representative meeting"; replace the original fifth paragraph "Review the work report and financial report of the association" was revised to "report work and financial status to the member representative assembly"; the eighth paragraph "leading the work of the organizations of the group" and the current ninth paragraph "developing internal management systems" were added.

(5) In the description of the nature of the standing council in the original Article 18, the original standing council "executes the resolutions of the council and is responsible for the work of the association" during the intersessional period of the council is revised to the current "exercise the rules during the intersessional period of the council. Article 18 The functions and powers of items 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 shall be responsible to the council"; the original "executive council shall be convened by the chairman and convened once a year" has been adjusted to the current Article 22 , and revised the content to "the executive council shall hold a meeting at least once every six months; in special circumstances, it can also be held in the form of communication".

(6) Delete the description of the functions and powers of the Standing Council in the original Article 19.

(7) Delete the description of the nature and powers of the association secretariat in Article 21.

(8) Add the existing Article 24 "If the chairman, vice chairman and secretary general of the association exceed the maximum age for office, they must be approved by the board of directors, reported to the business supervisory unit for review and approved by the association registration management authority. , before taking office.”

(9) In the description of the powers and powers of the chairman of the association in the original article 25, the fourth paragraph "to decide other major matters" is added.

(10) In the expression of the Secretary-General’s functions and powers in the original Article 26, the original paragraph 4 “decide the employment of the staff of the secretariat” is changed to “decide the employment of the full-time staff of the offices, representative offices and entities”.

3. The time for the approval of Article 41 of the original Chapter VIII "Supplementary Provisions" was revised to "Voted by the member representative meeting on November 19, 2005".
